Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused tools in their original TPOB branding box, ensuring all guards, charging cables, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items for hygiene compliance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
